The AI Council by Salvus AI

The short version

Your prompts, uploads, and Decision Briefs are stored in your account. Only you, your authorized teammates, and the operators of AI Council can see them.
We never sell your data and never use your prompts to train any model.
Frontier model calls happen inside Supabase Edge Functions using server-held API keys. Your content travels to those providers under their own data policies, which are linked below.
If you mark a Decision Brief as public, anyone with the link can read it. You can revoke the link at any time.
You can delete your account and all associated data from Account › Danger zone.

What we collect

Account data — email, display name, optional avatar URL, and authentication tokens (Supabase Auth).
Council runs — the question, attached documents, model and role configuration, per-model responses, debate transcript, final consensus, and timing data.
Subscription state — tier, status, usage counters, and Stripe customer / subscription identifiers. Stripe stores your payment method, we never see card data.
Operational telemetry — HTTP logs, error reports, and aggregated usage metrics. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.

How we use it

To run the council you asked for.
To enforce subscription limits, prevent abuse, and process payments.
To improve the product through aggregate, de-identified analytics. We do not use your content for model training.
To send transactional email (sign-in, billing, security). You can opt out of product update emails from Account.

Security

All traffic is TLS-encrypted in transit.
Data is stored in Supabase Postgres with row-level security on every table.
Stripe is the system of record for billing; we never store full card numbers.

Model providers

When your council runs, your question and any extracted document text are sent to the model providers you selected. Each has its own data and retention policy:

Sharing & export

You can export any Decision Brief to PDF or Markdown. You can also publish a brief as a shareable link — that page becomes readable by anyone with the URL. Revoking the link makes it unreadable again immediately.

Account deletion

Email info@salvus-ai.com or use Account › Danger zone to delete your account. All council runs, attached documents, and stored API keys are removed within 30 days. Stripe records persist for tax and accounting purposes as required by law.
