The AI Council by Salvus AI

1. The service

The AI Council (the “Service”) is operated by Salvus AI. It lets you select frontier AI models, attach documents, and produce a structured Decision Brief. The Service is provided as-is without warranties of any kind.

2. Your account

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service.
You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials.
You will not share your account with people outside your organization unless your plan allows team seats.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

Generate content that violates applicable law or any provider's terms (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, xAI, Perplexity).
Attempt to extract or train competing AI models from our outputs.
Reverse engineer, attack, or abuse the Service.
Upload material you don't have rights to.

4. Subscription and payments

Paid plans renew automatically until canceled. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel any time from Account. Pay-per-use council runs are charged once and consumed immediately. Refunds are available within 48 hours of purchase if no runs were used.

5. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of your prompts, uploads, and the Decision Briefs you produce. Salvus AI retains ownership of the Service itself, including the role prompts, council presets, and visual design.

6. Privacy

See our Privacy Policy. We do not train AI models on your content.

7. Service availability

We aim for high availability, but the Service depends on third-party model providers. Outages or rate limits at those providers may affect run completion. When that happens we credit affected paid runs back to your monthly allowance.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Salvus AI's aggregate liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid in the prior 12 months.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may cancel any time from Account.

10. Changes

We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be announced by email or in-product banner. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
